My stay at the hotel was truly a mixed experience. The location was fantastic, right at the heart of London, making it easy to explore iconic landmarks. The rooms were beautifully decorated with a view of the royal mews, although they lacked soundproofing. The service was impressive, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. However, the dining options left much to be desired, with some disappointing breakfast choices.
